Tawar Rash Terms and Conditions — What You Agree to When You Play

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tawar Rash platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, payment systems, and promotional programmes — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of Tawar Rash regardless of how they access the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any Tawar Rash services. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Tawar Rash recommends that all players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the Tawar Rash Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and Tawar Rash.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account at Tawar Rash, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Tawar Rash operates a strict minimum age policy and does not permit minors to register or play. If there is any doubt about a player's age, Tawar Rash reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other legal entity.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person for the purposes of gambling.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order on Tawar Rash or have had an account permanently closed for a breach of these terms.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using Tawar Rash is legal in your location before registering.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account.

03 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold only one Tawar Rash account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended, bonuses being voided, and balances being reviewed before any payment is made.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tawar Rash account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. Any activity that occurs under your account login is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify Tawar Rash support immediately.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date. Name, date of birth, and contact details must match your official identity documents.
• You may not transfer your account to another person or allow any third party to use your account.
• Tawar Rash reserves the right to verify your identity at any time using the documentation it deems appropriate.
• Account usernames and display names must not impersonate any person, organisation, or Tawar Rash staff member.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals (PKR)

All financial transactions on Tawar Rash are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversion mechanisms — your balance, deposits, winnings, and withdrawals are always denominated in PKR.

Deposit minimums and maximums are displayed in the cashier section of your Tawar Rash account and may vary by payment method. Tawar Rash does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Tawar Rash processes withdrawal requests within the timelines displayed in the cashier — Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours; bank IBFT transfers may take one to two business days. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks which may extend processing times if documentation is required.

• You may only withdraw funds to accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus balance is subject to playthrough conditions before it can be withdrawn — see Section 5 for full details.
• Tawar Rash reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Funds that have been the subject of a successful chargeback claim cannot be re-credited to a Tawar Rash account under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Tawar Rash offers bonuses and promotional rewards from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, playthrough (wagering) requirements, maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry dates — which are published alongside the promotion on the platform. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your Tawar Rash account as bonus balance and are kept separate from your main real-money balance until playthrough conditions are met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Tawar Rash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including using multiple accounts, using bonus funds to place hedged or low-risk bets designed to meet playthrough conditions without genuine engagement, or exploiting any technical error — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed under Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct).
• Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.

06 Refer a Friend Programme

The Tawar Rash Refer a Friend programme allows existing registered players to earn PKR bonus rewards by referring new players to the platform. The programme operates under the following conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the Refer a Friend page of the Tawar Rash website.

• Referral rewards are only generated for genuinely new Tawar Rash players who register using the referrer's unique link and complete a qualifying first deposit.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link to create additional accounts — are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these terms. All accounts involved will be suspended and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.
• Referral links must only be shared through personal, genuine channels. Mass distribution through spam, paid advertising, or automated systems is not permitted without prior written approval from Tawar Rash.
• Tawar Rash reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where it has reasonable grounds to believe the referral was not made in good faith or violated these terms.
• Referral bonus rewards are subject to the same playthrough conditions and withdrawal rules as other Tawar Rash bonuses unless the Refer a Friend programme's specific terms state otherwise.
• Tier reward rates within the programme may be modified by Tawar Rash at any time. Changes take effect from the next qualifying referral after the change is communicated.

07 Fair Play and Game Rules

All games on Tawar Rash use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use real physical cards and equipment under controlled studio conditions. Game results are determined solely by these certified mechanisms — Tawar Rash does not and cannot manipulate outcomes.

Each game on Tawar Rash has its own rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and Return to Player (RTP) percentage. These are displayed within the game interface or its information panel before you play. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before wagering real PKR.

• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, any bets placed during the affected period will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• If a live dealer game is interrupted mid-round, Tawar Rash will resolve the outcome according to the available game data and inform affected players of the resolution.
• Tawar Rash's decision on any disputed game result, technical malfunction, or ambiguous outcome is final after internal review.
• Crash Games that offer Provably Fair verification allow players to independently verify the fairness of any round result using the seed and hash values provided in the game's history panel.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Tawar Rash. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any bonus balance, and may have their real-money balance withheld pending investigation.

09 Responsible Gaming

Tawar Rash is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, not a way to manage stress, and not something that should take priority over personal and financial wellbeing.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Tawar Rash account holders and can be activated at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much PKR you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a set duration of continuous play reminding you how long you have been active.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your account for a period you choose — from 24 hours up to six months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Tawar Rash account and request to be excluded from any future reactivation. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission.

Tawar Rash will never knowingly allow a player under a self-exclusion order to open a new account. If you believe your Tawar Rash account was reopened during a self-exclusion period, contact support immediately.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Tawar Rash platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, data compilations, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Tawar Rash or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

By using Tawar Rash, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any Tawar Rash content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tawar Rash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical fault, interruption of service, game malfunction, or any error not resulting from Tawar Rash's gross negligence.

Tawar Rash makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, though we commit to maintaining reasonable technical standards. In all cases where liability is established, Tawar Rash's total liability to you shall not exceed the value of funds held in your account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

12 Account Suspension and Closure

Tawar Rash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The player has provided false information at registration or during verification.
• Continued operation of the account presents a reputational, financial, or regulatory risk to Tawar Rash.
• A self-exclusion order or age-related restriction requires the account to be closed.

In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, Tawar Rash may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where required by applicable law, report the matter to the relevant Pakistani authorities. Where a suspension is later found to have been made in error, Tawar Rash will reinstate the account and any affected balance promptly.

Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting Tawar Rash support. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 48 hours of a confirmed request.

13 Privacy

Tawar Rash collects, uses, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the complete agreement between you and Tawar Rash and can be accessed at any time via the link in the footer of every page on the platform.

Tawar Rash does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud detection services only to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Tawar Rash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, Tawar Rash will notify registered players through a notification in the platform or via the email address associated with the account. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Where a proposed change is materially adverse to players, Tawar Rash will provide at least 14 days' notice before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Tawar Rash platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the first instance, any dispute arising between you and Tawar Rash should be submitted to our internal complaints process by contacting customer support. Tawar Rash commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be escalated in accordance with the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the Tawar Rash complaints procedure. Tawar Rash's decision on matters within its operational control — including game outcome disputes, bonus assessments, and account-level decisions — is final after the internal review process is exhausted.
